Megumi is an artist and stylist based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was raised in Washington state, and after graduating from the University of Washington began working as a Visual Manager at Abercrombie and Fitch retail stores in Seattle, Bellevue, and Portland. She then transitioned into modeling full time. Based out of Portland, OR she worked with many commercial clients, including Nike, Adidas, and Columbia Sportswear. During the pandemic she began her transition out of modeling and began working as a personal chef as well as assisting on editorial photoshoots and beginning to paint photo backdrops. After landing in Pittsburgh, PA she began painting and styling for local and out of state photographers with a special interest in developing models (her experience as a model inspires her every shoot). She also works with American Eagle to paint large scale photo backdrops for their seasonal campaigns. She keeps up with her cooking in the form of food styling.
